How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide and fit instructions. If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us and our team will be happy to provide you with personalized sizing assistance.
Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. Please email support@angusfun.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or change it, but you may be eligible to return it after you receive it.
When will my order be shipped?
After shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can track your package in real time. It typically takes 4-9 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Curre ntly, we only ship within the continental United States. We are working on expanding our shipping area, so stay tuned!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 80 days of receiving the order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. To return an item, please email us with your order number and the reason for the return. Please note: unless the return is due to an error on our part, there is no return shipping cost.
Can I exchange the item for a different size or color?
Of course! We welcome exchanges as long as the item is in stock. As popular items tend to sell out, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Sorry, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with clear photos of the damage. We will promptly process and replace the item or refund your money.
